ECORE | Calculation of energy from the combustion of light oil/diesel fuel | Demonstration
Demonstration
We tested using actual vehicles, which ECORE was installed at some locations in each vehicle to measure fuel efficiency improvements.
Experimental method
- Vehicles for lease were used; their fuel efficiency was measured first.
- Each vehicle was filled up before a test run.
- After driving a certain distance and filling up the vehicle, the fuel efficiency was calculated based on the distance determined with the trip meter.
- Then, ECORE was installed on the vehicle. After driving a certain distance and filling up the vehicle, the fuel efficiency was calculated again based on the distance determined with the trip meter.
